Dark Deception
Chapter 1: Liar in the Glass
"Come on! Please show me that move again!"
"Yeah it was so awesome! Please show me again!"
"Dragon Knight I wanna be just like you!"
The male warrior turned away from his admiring fans, the village children. "Fine fine" he said drawing his spear. It's like the 9000th time. Dumb kids. He pulled back his arms an trusted into the air. Energy swelled through him releasing from his body an aura in a shape of a dragon wing. His spear had been enveloped into a small dragon head. And he had also grown a tail at the rear. When he was finished he set his spear on to the ground and took off his helmet. The kids roared with applause. "Please no applause, aw guys you're making me blush." He held out his hands and received a couple of high-fives before taking on some more questions.
"What the f**k is he doing?"
"I have no idea. We have a mission to do. And this a-hole is talking to kids"
Two Crusaders stood next to each other at a bar, the first one wearing a Dark Battle Road. While the second wore a Red one. "Alright let's round up the s**t head" said the second leaving his drink at the bar. The first stood up as well "Put it on my tab. Okay Tony?" He said leaving his drink behind. The bartender looked up "Yeah just don't get yer arse whooped okay? You still got 100 mesos to pay Jack. And tell your other friends...What's their name? Um, oh yeah, Mike and Trey they gotta pay too" Jack kept on walking "Sure will Tony" He laughed What a retard.
In the slums of Kerning City, the three warriors were attempting to track down the Night Lord who asked them to carry out a mission. Mike the Dragon Knight sat by a nearby bench. "See this is why I hate this Kerning. It's so Gray and stuff." Trey at down beside him. Jack stood where he was "Something isn't right here..." He said reaching down to his Blue Screamer.
Suddenly a throwing star landed at his foot. All three warriors braced them self's. Mike holding a Sun Spear. And Trey holding a Doombringer. "M-must of been a stray star" Mike said lowering his spear. They were about to put away their weapons when a spiked black orb shot towards them, nearly missing Jacks head. "Holy sh**" Trey said quietly. An assassin jumped down from the shadows. Drawing three more stars out of his pocket. Kumbis Mike thought. Suddenly the assailant lunged towards Jack throwing the stars to his defense. Jack quickly raised his sword above his face. CLANG! CLANG! PING! The stars bounced off of it. The assassin wasn't finished he threw back his hand and made another orb again. This time was different though, there was a black figure behind him, making an orb as well. Trey prepared to attack. "No" Mike said grabbing his shoulder. "We've got another troubles" They both turned around. Only to see three Bandits standing in front of them.
