Hm? Web Design 1? That's basic stuff, it's simple HTML, nothing related to those at all. =.= Btw, most school's lessons on web stuff are pure BS, you do NOTHING. D:< You don't HAVE to pitch it, if you feel like it, just go right ahead. =D Well, of course, not saying HTML is not useful, it's the skeleton really, so , yeah, indeed, well done. EDIT: Btw, I think we should test it with our own Webserver first to see how it launches. Some webcompanies tends to change some stuff... but if we can get it to work on our own, eh.

I love HTML, it's the only way I make my websites ;_; But, since I don't like paying (and I can't), I have to use Bravenet ;_; Which ruins my pages by advertising a kajillion gey things ;_; Ironic how my mom was just looking at her computer programming stuff. She seems like an idiot, but she's like an expert web-designer ;_; Hmm...Can't we look a a cached version of MMO homepage and look at the page source? >.> Oh look, it changed to the gey dead version of MMOT ;_;

I'm pretty experienced with HTML and CSS. PHP/MySQL is not my thing. Before we start talking about coding, we need to start brainstorming new features. Start throwing things out there; it doesn't matter how stupid they are.
Obviously we need a blog submission feature, a forum, profiles, etc.
Some things I'd like to see is a unique forum dedicated to RPing and designing specifically for it, a better friends system (shouldn't be too hard), a featured blog thing, a random button to randomly go from blog to blog, and that's all for now.

What did the old MMOT not have, and should have? =D

But we really should think about the core basics first. :\

Keep the ideas coming.

I think we should make something that looks exactly like the old layout, except change a few things, like the color or font. Simple changes like that have the ability to make it look nothing like the old layout except for the bare basics. Works pretty well, I've been doing that to my myspace layouts for years.

The only thing I can do with MySQL is make my character named >:3, make him level 200 doing 99999 damage every hit, and give him GM status on my friend's server.

'Twas just a thought.

I already started coding something, got signup/login and blog submission pages; just need to test them. I suck at designing, though.
I have a test server.

Some of my ideas: * rating instead of 'like it' * recommended blogs * draft - like gmail * blogger of the week Are you thinking of something like a 1-5 rating, and it takes the average of all the users who rated? 'Cuz like, if one person gave it a 5 rating, then it's average will be 5, and may be higher than a popular blog that got a couple of 4's. :O
