I use byethost, which is good enough for a site with the amount of users that VuTales would probably get. It's got PHP5, MySQL, and a good amound of bandwidth and CPU time to use each month. The only downside is that the site is located at xx.byethost.yy.com. Where xx is a username, and yy is a server number.
