Learn to port forward. Yeah, I did. Verizon FiOS is killing me here. Ports are forwarded, settings are modded, firewalls have exceptions, and I spent hours trying to find out what's wrong, and never do succeed. -_-' And since it's relatively new, the other people that have it can't forward for maplestory as well (or failed like me). AND, the DNS they give you are uber slow, so I had to use their public servers. My parents won't switch to Time Warner 'cause we pirated their cable. (Unfortunately). Thus, I'm stuck. >_> Screw Actiontec routers and Verizon FiOS. -_- EDIT: And even with torrenting too, I can't connect to the local people. It's annoying as hell. I can't seed properly, plus the router occasionally breaks down AND the customer service charges you per call, and usually, the calls don't connect. [/rant]

[/rant] We don't have Verizon here in the UK, but I've heard the horror stories. If Verizon's DNS sucks, you should use OpenDNS. I use it over my ISP's DNS and it's much better. Plus, no more adverts if I mistype a URL. Result.
